Return & Refund Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns:

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product is delivered.
  • Product is damaged during transit.
  • Product is defective.
  • Product received is different from what was ordered.

Return Request:

Customers should report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us along with photographs of the product.

Non-returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, products cannot be returned if:

  • Opened or used.
  • Original packaging is damaged by the customer.
  • Returned after the specified period.

Refund:

After verification, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or bank account, as applicable.

Replacement:

Where possible, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
